OPTIMUS | SBR and Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare Embark on Strategic Planning Process

Strategy - FeaturedAs reported on CottageCountryNow.ca, KGI, a division of OPTIMUS | SBR, and Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare will be embarking on the development of a new strategic plan to guide the organization for the next three to five years.

The review and incorporation of feedback from stakeholders that are directly impacted by the services provided by the organization is a critical element of success in any planning process. This is particularly true for organizations in the public sector.

OPTIMUS | SBR leverages the Accountability Framework® System to guide organizations through their strategic planning process.  But our tested, choice tools are only the beginning: OPTIMUS | SBR works with clients to develop solutions that meet unique and specific needs. So, while Muskoka Algonquin HealthCare and other organizations benefit from the structure and tested methodology that the Accountability Framework® System provides, they also receive a solution that addresses the unique requirements of the local community, employees and other stakeholders.

With Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare it was a solution that allowed it to take on some of the work internally and incorporate community and stakeholder feedback through several different outreach programs. However, OPTIMUS | SBR’s flexibility in dealing with organizations’ unique requirements means that Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare will also benefit both from OPTIMUS | SBR’S advisory guidance based on years of experience with similar organizations, and the structure that the Accountability Framework® System provides.

“We’re looking forward to working with Muskoka Algonquin HealthCare as it maps out its path for the next 3 to 5 years. It is an exciting time for the organization and we’re proud to be a part of it.” said John D. Whincup, Executive Director, OPTIMUS | SBR.
