Compelling research confirms the profound impact resilience has on employees’ ability to bounce back quicker, conquer challenges faster, reduce stress, and elevate job performance–all of which lead to greater fulfillment and well–being in the workplace.

But it doesn’t stop there. Resilience holds immense value for organizations, particularly in times of change. By cultivating resilient leaders and teams that can navigate stressful situations with ease and adapt rapidly to shifting circumstances, organizations can remain competitive in challenging times.

As we navigate the challenges of a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world, the ability to rebound in times of adversity and adapt to changing environments separates effective organizations from the rest. Research reveals that fostering resilience goes beyond innate personality traits—it’s a skill that can be nurtured and honed.

Resilience is a way of thinking and not a fixed trait that is ‘hard–wired’ in us. Just like working out physically, we can practice and strengthen our thinking patterns, preferences, and behaviors.

Our Resilience Training workshop introduces eight validated components of resilience through a debrief of The Resilience Questionnaire™ and the delivery of interactive experiential learning activities. Each participant receives their own resilience report highlighting individual areas of strength and development, and then we work through the group’s areas of development based on aggregate scores.
