About our Coaching & Feedback Training for Leaders Workshop

Our two-part Coaching & Feedback Training Workshop series provides practical models for delivering feedback, coaching, and crucial conversations.

Through immersive virtual experiences, leaders practice coaching techniques to raise their level of skill and confidence in leading crucial conversations. During the workshop, leaders enhance their expertise by applying the new coaching skills to real-life scenarios based on their own challenges.
