How We Got There

The Challenge

Our financial services client needed to quickly assess and transform their privacy practices to comply with Quebec’s Bill 64 (Law 25). The client struggled with inconsistencies in privacy management across departments, making it difficult to ensure compliance with the new regulations. From there, we worked closely with stakeholders to develop a set of clear business requirements for compliance and guided the client through the implementation phase by designing future-ready processes, creating tools and templates, and offering change management support.
