Different Generations – Different Approaches to Work™: Increasing Engagement | Different Generations – Different Approaches to Work™: Maximizing Team Collaboration |
As widely recognized by top talent professionals, the ability to attract, retain, and develop a multigenerational workforce has far-reaching consequences on team performance, engagement levels, and, ultimately, business success. Now more than ever, leaders must be able to strategically create an inclusive environment that harnesses the unique skill sets of each generation while proactively managing potential clash points.
Each generation brings its own set of generational preferences, values, and work styles, making it essential for front–line managers and senior leaders alike to be able to adapt their leadership styles to accommodate the distinct needs and perspectives of each generation. Our Leading & Engaging Multigenerational Teams program empowers leaders to embrace generational diversity to motivate and inspire diverse teams to achieve new heights of performance. In the workshop, leaders learn practical techniques to leverage the strengths of every cohort, foster collaboration, and create an engaged workforce that propels their organization forward. |
Organizations today face the challenge of creating high-performing teams and environments that produce results. It is important for team members to understand their own identities and those of peers, managers, and organizational leaders to maximize collaboration and drive positive outcomes.
Each generation (Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, Millennials, and Gen Zs) possesses unique identities that translate into different behaviors in the workplace. Our Generational Team Collaboration Training workshop explores how generational identities translate into behaviors specifically as it relates to authority and work styles. Participants will learn techniques to maximize collaboration within teams and across departments.
